Limo Buffet is a booking marketplace. We let you search the fleets of independent limousine companies in one place and book participating vehicles online. Limo Buffet does not own or operate any of the vehicles listed.

When you book a vehicle through Limo Buffet, your contract for the ride is with the limousine company providing that vehicle, not with Limo Buffet. That company is solely responsible for showing up on time, the condition of the vehicle, the conduct of its chauffeurs, and the performance of your trip. All communication about your trip — questions, changes, special requests, and issues — goes directly with that company.

Bookings made online require a downpayment (typically 20% of the trip price) at the time of booking, charged securely through Stripe. The remaining balance is arranged between you and the limousine company. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Some companies include gratuity in their rates and some do not; the booking page for each vehicle states which applies.

Cancellation terms are set by the limousine company providing your ride and are communicated to you by that company. Any changes to your trip should be arranged directly with them. Downpayment refunds, if offered, are handled by the limousine company's policy.

Vehicle information, photos, availability, and pricing are provided by the listing companies. While we work to keep listings accurate and current, we can't guarantee that every detail is error-free, and availability can change between your search and the company's confirmation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limo Buffet is not liable for the acts or omissions of the limousine companies, for the rides they provide, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site itself is limited to the amount you paid to Limo Buffet for the booking in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site, so check back occasionally. If you keep using Limo Buffet after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
