Privacy Policy

Limo Buffet is an online marketplace that connects riders with independent limousine companies. When you search our site, we show you the fleets of participating companies. When you book, your reservation is handled by the company providing the vehicle.

When you book a vehicle, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, trip date and time, and any details or comments you include about your trip.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Limo Buffet never sees or stores your full card number. We receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.

Like most websites, we receive standard technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and the pages you visit, which we use to keep the site working and to understand overall traffic.

We use the information you provide to process bookings, to pass trip details to the limousine company fulfilling your ride, to send booking confirmations and trip-related messages, and to respond to your questions.

Because rides are provided by independent limousine companies, your trip details and contact information are shared with the company you book with with. That company is responsible for communicating with you and for performing the ride. Limo Buffet's role is limited to presenting the fleet and processing the booking payment.

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site working, remember your preferences (such as favorite vehicles), and process secure payments. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our services, handle billing, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information.
